Facilities and electricity included in the price.

In NOT included in the price a mandatory tourist tax of 1,50 euro per person per day for maximum 10 days to be paid locally. Children under 14 years old are free of charge.

CHECK- IN: afternoon from 2pm to 6pm. For arrivals on a different time, please contact us.

CHECK-OUT: morning, before 10am.

DEPOSIT

For one to two nights stays, we ask the guarantee of a credit card. In case of no show, we’ll charge the price of one night.

For three or more nights stays, we ask a deposit of about 30% of the entire amount. In case of early cancellation (up to 1 month earlier), we refund the entire deposit.

In other cases, we keep the entire amount. It can be delivered by one of the following ways
By Bank: sendinf the money to our bamk account. If your prefer this way, we’ll send you our bank details.
By credit card – VISA O MASTERCARD – on a secure site we send you an e-mail and you yourself make the transaction directly on your computer.
By credit card – VISA O MASTERCARD – on our POS you send us, via e-mail the number of the card and the expiration date, and we make the transaction on our POS.
In case you anticipate your check out without previous notice, you’ll be charged the 50% of the remaining days bill.
